COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Bake: Heat oven to 400° F. Separate sausages and place on rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake 15-20 minutes or until desired crsipness. Turn once. Cook until internal temperature reaches 160°F using a thermometer.

Pan Fry: Place sausage links in skillet. Cook over medium-low heat, turning frequently to desired crispness. Cook until internal temperature reaches 160°F using a thermometer.

Pork, water, brown cane sugar, spices, sea salt, dried vinegar, celery seed, dehydrated garlic, black pepper.
